Delivery and Returns

We dispatch wine everyday we can between Monday and Friday. We do it in-house, so some days we are at the vineyard, or sick, but nearly all the time it will be next day dispatch.

Currently we are using Australia Post's specialised wine service. You will receive notification with a tracking number as soon as it is booked in and ready to go. We offer free delivery Australia-wide, except any areas with alcohol delivery bans. So no fine print. We send to NT, to rural Tasmania, wherever you have a thirst, we'll meet it if Australia Post delivers there.

We have an obscenely fair returns policy. If you wine is broken in transit we will dispatch a fresh batch as soon as we get notification. If you are unhappy with the wine, the delivery, our jokes... get in touch and we'll work it out with you so that you have the best possible outcome! Our simple philosophy is to have a business that deals with people like how we like to be dealt with!
